I purchased this shower head earlier in the year and was happy with it. Recently I purchased the refill mineral balls and was unable to refill the shower head due to a manufacturing fault. Shower head will not twist off. After many failed attempts to disassemble the shower head, I contacted customer care. I was advised to use an extra grip such as towel ( I had already tried this, with no success), to soak the shower head for 15 mins or use some olive oil to help the threads. However none of these worked. The shower head had to go in the bin as it was of no use to me when I could not refill it with fresh mineral balls. An expensive purchase as it had to be binned instead of refilled after 6/7 months of use. When it works as it should it is a great product to reduce hard water.

This was my third time buying the shower head previous shower heads lasted weeks before I had to change but my recent shower head needs to be replaced again after 2wks of use not great the water doesn’t have that full spray don’t think I will bother buying again 👎

I got the shower head for hard water in my house. My problem was my blonde hair going green with these harsh chemicals in the water. Since I got this shower head in my hair is alot softer and not shiner. I recommend this too anyone. A good 6mths it last before you need a refill. Super valve.
