Charged for two but delivered only one

It’s a great shampoo, I use it regularly. I ordered two bottles, was charged for two bottles but this time only one arrived. Despite of sending a few emails re a missing bottle of the shampoo I still have not received any reply (since the 10th of August). Not the best customer service.

Amazing shower head 5* so soft my daughter had issues with the hard water on her skin, this is a game changer for her.

I pay the money but I dont get my item . I try to contact the helpline but they ignore me.

The courier advises that delivery was 'refused' - there may be an error in the address we have on file for you?

The item was to be returned through the courier network but we have not yet received it.

Perfect

This color is my perfect blond, its natural and vibrant. It is so gentle on my hair, I leave it in for 20 minutes and then on to ends for 10 more. Great results every time.

Protects

I use this protector spray before drying and going out in the sun. It's worth the money, i only need a few sprays and my hair is protected.

Smooth & Silky

I just tried this serum and absolutely love it. It does smooth my frizzed hair and leaves it shiny and silky.

Excellent Product

As I have heart failure, I am advised to use as many products without chemicals. So Simply Natural Beauty, is the answer. Their products are so good, and there is no negative smell, & my Hairdresser is very happy using the hair colour and more importantly, it looks really natural so I would give this company 10 out of 10.

Sort of pleased.....

I've had mine for about a year now. After chemo and new head of hair I got this. Whilst I find it has helped keep my new hair healthy and on my head!! It does leak from the bottom no matter what I try by way of tightening etc.
