Please note:

If you are located outside of Europe there could be customs charges depending on the value of your order, it is your responsibility to check the customs charges for your country (UK will charge customs over £150).  If you refuse to pay the customs charges that DPD present to you applicable to your country your order will be sent back to us. 

We will refund you the full value of the order less 20% restocking fee (Non-sale value) as well  the shipping  cost (charged to us by DPD)  as a result of  your non payment of the customs.
