The color turned out a dark brown shade, and after a few washes, it lightened slightly. I had previously tried a light chocolate brown shade, but it was too intense, so I highly recommend this one. It's very similar to my natural hair color, and it leaves my hair looking shiny and healthy.
Glad to hear that - it is so worthwhile playing around until you get the right shade as the ingredients in Naturigin are the gentlest, cleanest and least toxic you will find with any hair colour
Shower head did not improve water pressure in anyway and when I sent the shower head back it cost £10.65 in postage and then I heard nothing for weeks despite calling and emailing with no replies. Until I left a negative review and 30 minutes later they had refunded the money but not in full or with any word on having to pay £10.65 on postage. Very poor customer service and this seems the best way to get a reply.
Hi Alistair, very sorry that you had a bad experience. As I mentioned we never received the shower head back that you were returning. So we were not aware it was on its way and for some reason we did not receive your email asking us if we had received. I am not making excuses here. we are now changing our system so emails cannot go astray. very unfortunate and frustrating for you - I totally agree. Hope you accept my sincere apology.
